1. Agreement to Terms

• Valid email address

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. You must immediately notify 77ny Casino of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 77ny Casino. Creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts", "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. 77ny Casino employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of account balances, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and potential legal action.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

77ny Casino is required to verify the identity of all Users in accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or Postal ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Selfie holding your identification document
• Bank account or e-wallet verification documentation

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Payment Methods

77ny Casino accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash deposits, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All payment methods must be registered in your name and match the name on your 77ny account. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. VIP players may be eligible for higher deposit limits. Contact customer support for specific limits applicable to your account.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash, Maya, and e-wallets are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. 7-Eleven cash deposits are processed within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. USDT deposits require blockchain confirmation and typically process within 10-30 minutes.

3.4 Deposit Fees

77ny Casino does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for all fees charged by third-party payment processors.

3.5 Failed Deposits

If a deposit fails but funds were debited from your account, contact 77ny customer support immediately with transaction details. Investigation may take 3-5 business days. Refunds for failed deposits are processed to the original payment method.

4. Withdrawals and Winnings

4.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to GCash, Maya, bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), or USDT wallets. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. The withdrawal method must match a previously used deposit method unless otherwise authorized by 77ny Casino.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Three Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱300). Maximum daily withdrawal limits are as follows: Standard accounts - ₱50,000; Silver VIP - ₱100,000; Gold VIP - ₱250,000; Platinum VIP - ₱500,000. Limits are subject to change and may be adjusted based on account status and transaction history.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5-30 minutes during business hours (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM PHT). Bank transfers are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours. USDT withdrawals require manual review and are processed within 2-4 hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.

4.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting wagering requirements may result in cancellation of the withdrawal and forfeiture of bonus funds.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification

77ny Casino reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to photo identification, proof of address, bank statements, and selfies. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

4.6 Withdrawal Fees

77ny Casino does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to a 2% processing fee, with a minimum fee of ₱50 and maximum of ₱500. Your payment provider may impose additional fees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible players at the sole discretion of 77ny Casino. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

9.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 77ny Casino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or personal injury. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 77ny Casino shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77ny Casino and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.3 Waiver
